Coffee is on, fire is lit, the hills look beautiful and The Watermill & Homer are open. We have about 20cm of snow on the ground. The A827 from Ballinluig is driveable with care at present but keep an eye out later on today in case more snow arrives. Parking, unless you have a 4WD, is best at bottom of Mill Street/Taybridge Terrace by the park.
Kevin is waxing his skis, hopefully for an outing tomorrow

Amazon pays NO tax

Amazon pays NO UK tax on £3.3bn sales - (Guardian 5/4/12). But it takes government money for its new distribution centre and its lorries use the roads. Its employees will use hospitals, schools and public transport. It's time to boycott these giants who wilfully avoid taxes.
Watermill on STV news 6.15 tonight

The Watermill and Aberfeldy Fairtrade are due to be on STV news at about 6.15 tonight (Monday 27th). STV are doing a piece about Fairtrade Fortnight (27 Feb - 11 March) and 10th anniversary of Aberfeldy as Scotland's first Fairtrade town.
