Wilhelmina Barns-Graham - Wilhelmina Barns-Graham Gallery Stock

We are pleased to offer a wide range of prints by Wilhelmina Barns-Graham, following the fantastically successful centenary exhibition we held in May-June 2012, in conjunction with the Barns-Graham Charitable Trust. The works may not always be on display, so if you are planning a visit to see them, please give us a call.

Wilhelmina Barns-Graham was one of the foremost painters working in St Ives after moving there in 1940. Her works contributed greatly to the development of Modernist British painting in the mid- to late-twentieth century. Since 1960 she divided her time between St Ives and St Andrews, affirming herself as much a Scottish as Cornish artist. She was completely dedicated to her art, with a drive and energy that sustained her for over sixty years of her professional life. She was still working daily at the very end.

As well as the works below, we also hold copies of:

Two Circles on Purple (1992) £3,600, Scorpio l (1996) £3,000, Vision in Time ll (2001) £1,900, White Circle Series l £1,560, and Wind Dance l £1,080

We also have copies of the limited edition book 'The Prints of Wilhelmina Barns-Graham by Ann Gunn which comes with a numbered screenprint, Wind Dance Porthmeor VII (£295)
